2. Investment Disclaimer

GIC.ng is a digital investment platform offering fixed and structured ROI-based packages. All investments carry some level of financial risk. By investing, you acknowledge:

  • You are fully aware of the risks involved.

  • GIC.ng will not be held liable for any losses incurred due to market fluctuations or unforeseen platform issues.

3. Packages and Returns

  • Returns vary by investment package.

  • The SAPA Package runs for 5 days, while all others run for 6 installments.

  • Investors earn up to 50% profit based on the selected package.

  • All profits are subject to the terms set during registration and investment.

  • Payouts can be manually withdrawn once earnings mature.

4. Verification and Email Communication

  • Users must verify their email during registration.

  • If you do not receive a verification email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact support via info@gic.ng.

5. Account Responsibility

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

  • GIC.ng is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

6. Withdrawal Policy

  • Withdrawals are subject to the minimum threshold set in each plan.

  • Withdrawals may require manual approval and may be delayed during maintenance or banking delays.

  • Withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be clearly stated.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital investments, GIC.ng does not offer refunds. Please review all packages and conditions before making a payment.

8. System Maintenance and Updates

GIC.ng may periodically perform maintenance which can temporarily interrupt access to the platform. Notifications will be sent out in advance whenever possible.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for illegal or fraudulent activities.

  • Interfere with the site’s security or services.

  • Engage in spamming, hacking, or unauthorized access.

10. Termination

GIC.ng reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

GIC.ng will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use the platform.

  • Errors, delays, or service interruptions.
